  • Reservation at least two (2) nights.
  • Unless otherwise described in your booking, arrival time is set at 14:00 and departure time at 12:00. The possibility of extending your departure time after 12:00 depends on the occupancy of the hotel and is subject to additional financial charges.
  • Any type of extra bed or baby cot is available on request and confirmed by the property. All children staying at the hotel must be accompanied and placed under the constant supervision of an adult.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms as well as in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Our accommodation does not accept pets.
  • Customers are kindly requested not to cause inconvenience, to behave politely, as well as to respect the other occupants and the hotel staff. Also, all tenants must comply with hotel regulations, while the hotel reserves the right to refuse access or to expel with any reservation any person whose behavior it considers critical. In this case, the hotel is not obliged to pay any compensation.
  • In case of damage the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered.
  • All personal data is stored and used by the hotel in accordance with the EU Privacy Policy (GDPR).
  • The hotel does not bear any responsibility in case it cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure (indicative strikes, fire, floods, etc.).
  •  Every customer is responsible throughout his stay at the hotel for the safe storage of personal and / or valuables, money, etc. For the other items that each customer brings to the hotel, the hotel is exempt from any liability, if the damage or loss is due to negligence of the customer.
